In this Crocs Yukon Vista II Review I want to highlight the design features that separate the Crocs Yukon Vista Clog from other types of Crocs clogs. I own ten different types of Crocs clogs so I can give you a nice perspective on what makes the Crocs Yukon Vista II unique, and how Crocs Yukon Vista sizing compares to other Crocs clogs, and other popular shoes.
The Crocs Yukon Vista Clog is shaped much like the traditional Crocs Classics, but has several design differences. The faux leather detailing across the top gives it a unique, rugged design, and the adjustable heel strap allows you to customize the fit.
It lacks ventilation holes across the top, but does have the side ventilation holes, which helps increase air flow. It has a roomy toe box, but I found my normal sizing to fit true to size (just don’t expect a narrow fit).

Crocs Yukon Vista II Design
- Faux Leather – The obvious design feature that makes these Yukon Vista II clogs stand out is the faux leather than covers the vamp of the clog, which gives this clog a rugged appearance. Here is a close up of the material on mine:
- Venting – Due to the faux leather that covers the top of the clog, these Crocs Yukon Vista II clogs have no ventilation holes on the top. They do, however, have the side ventilation holes. Here is a look at the ventilation on my Crocs Yukon Vista:
- Adjustable Heel Strap – These Crocs Yukon Vista II clogs have an adjustable heel strap that allows you to tighten the shoes better, which provides more secure support on outdoor terrain. This adjustable heel strap is something that the Crocs Classics do not have. Here is mine:
Potential Drawbacks to Consider
- Debris – These Crocs Yukon Vista II clogs have ventilation holes along the side that help improve air flow, but if you will be using these clogs outdoors, these ventilation holes also create opportunities for debris like small rocks to enter the shoe.
- No LiteRide – I personally love the Crocs LiteRide insoles, and although these Crocs Yukon Vista II clogs have the comfortable “CrosLite” foam cushioning common to Crocs, they don’t have the LiteRide insole. However, Crocs does offer these in a LiteRide version also. The LiteRide insole provides extra foam cushioning under the foot. Crocs Yukon Vista II Sizing
In my experience, the Crocs Yukon Vista II clogs fit true to size. It has what Crocs calls a “roomy” fit, which is their roomiest, widest toe box. Don’t expect Crocs Yukon Vista clogs (or really any Crocs clogs) to fit narrow.
Crocs Yukon Vista clogs have a wide design, but I found the length of the Crocs Yukon Vista clogs to be true to size and pretty consistent when compared to other popular shoes. I’d describe the overall length of these clogs as average (meaning some shoes run smaller, some shoes run bigger).
Below are comparison photos I took for Crocs Yukon Vista sizing. As you can see, the toe box area is wider than most other types of shoes. Remember, because these clogs have an adjustable heel strap, it will be a bit easier to find a secure fit. All the shoes photo’d below are size 12 men’s shoes.
