This Nike Blazer Sizing Guide uses direct comparison photos where I put my Nike Blazer shoes next to other popular shoes so you can see the difference in sizing and width. After trying these shoes, do Nike Blazers run big or small?
Nike Blazers fit true to size for most people. However, some people feel like they fit a little snug compared to other athletic shoes. In the article below I have side-by-side comparison photos for both men and women comparing Nike Blazer sizing to the sizing of other popular shoes.
As I mentioned above, most people order normal sizing for the Nike Blazer. They have a sizing length that is very comparable to other retro athletic shoes. For example, here are my Nike Blazers compared to the sizing of Nike Court Vision shoes:

As you can see, the sizing is similar. But don’t expect the Nike Blazers to have a wide design. For example, below is my Nike Blazer compared to Vans Old Skool sizing:
As you can see, the Vans Old Skool fits a bit wider in the forefoot than the Nike Blazer.
You can also see it too when you compare Nike Blazer sizing to Air Jordan 1 sizing. The Air Jordan 1 shoes have a little bit more width in the forefoot:
When you compare the Nike Blazer to Air Force 1 sizing, you can see the Air Force 1 has a wider, roomier toe box (the AF1 is known for running big):
And when you compare the Nike Blazer to Crocs, you can really see the difference in width (Crocs are well-known for having a wider fit):
I took over 20 different comparison sizing photos for the Nike Blazer. Click here to jump ahead to the men’s side-by-side comparison photos. Click here to jump ahead to the women’s side-by-side comparison photos.
In the sections below, I will compare both men’s and women’s Nike Blazer sizing to the sizing of other popular shoe brands using comparison side-by-side photos. All men’s photos use a size 12 shoe and all women’s photos use a size 7 shoe.

Are Nike Blazers Wide or Narrow?
In my experience, Nike Blazers run a little bit narrow compared to normal athletic shoes. However, because I don’t have wide feet, I found them to still fit within the realm of what I considered to be comfortable. I felt like my normal sizing worked. But if you have wide feet, it may be best to size up a half size to provide more space inside the shoe.
The width of the Nike Blazer is actually very similar to other types of skate shoes that are designed to have a snug, dependable design. For example, below are my Nike Blazers compared to Converse Pro Leather shoes. As you can see, the width is similar:
And here is the Nike Blazer compared to Nike Court Legacy:
But when you compare them to normal athletic shoes, you can see they run a little narrow. For example, here are my Nike Blazers compared to Under Armour HOVR shoes:
And, as I mentioned earlier in the article, when you compare them to Crocs you can see a more dramatic difference in width (Crocs fit wide). Here are my Nike Blazers compared to Crocs:
The main takeaway is expect the Nike Blazer to run a little bit narrow compared to most other types of athletic shoes. However, for me, I still found normal sizing to fit comfortably. If you need wide sizing, you may need to go up a half size.
Nike Blazer Sizing Conclusion
Most people order their normal shoe sizing for the Nike Blazer and find that it fits true to size. However, some people feel like they fit just a little bit snug compared to other types of shoes.
My advice is to stick to your normal shoe sizing. If you are between sizes, it is probably best to size up.
