In this article I will directly compare Nike Air Force 1 vs Air Jordan 1 sizing using photos of the shoes that I own. Do Air Jordan 1 and Air Force 1 fit the same?
In my experience, Nike Air Force 1 shoes fit a little bit looser than Air Jordan 1 sizing. I would describe the Air Jordan 1 as true to size and the Air Force 1 as running a little bit bigger than normal shoe sizing (scroll down for photos).

Below is a photo of my men’s Air Force 1 shoes compared to Air Jordan 1 shoes. If you look closely, you can see that the Air Force 1 on the left has a tiny bit more length. The AF1 also has what I would describe as a roomier toe box, which can make the shoe feel bigger than normal shoe sizing.
The toe box area on the men’s Nike Air Force 1 has a more squared design than the toe box of the Air Jordan 1, which can cause the AF1 to have a roomier fit. Below is a photo of the AF1 toe box (left) compared to Air Jordan 1:

Women’s Photo Comparing Nike Air Force 1 to Air Jordan 1 Sizing
Below is a photo of women’s Air Force 1 compared to Air Jordan 1 sizing. Just like the men’s photo above, you can see that the Air Force 1 on the left has more length than the Air Jordan 1. Most people consider the AF1 to fit bigger than normal shoes sizing.
The depth of the toe box area on the women’s Nike Air Force 1 is very similar to the depth of the toe box area on the Air Jordan 1 (which is a bit different than the men’s shoes we discussed above). Below is a photo of the women’s AF1 toe box (left) compared to Air Jordan 1:

Sizing Advice for Air Jordan 1 and Air Force 1
In my experience, the Air Force 1 runs bigger than normal shoe sizing and the Air Jordan 1 fits within the realm of true-to-size. If you are between sizes, it would probably be best to size down the AF1.

In my experience, Air Force 1 shoes run a little bit longer than Air Jordan 1 shoes. I also think the Air Force 1 has a slightly roomier toe box. Most people consider the Air Jordan 1 to fit true to size and the AF1 to run bigger than normal shoe sizing.
