In my experience, Nike Dunks and Nike Blazers have a very similar length. The difference is in width. You can expect the Nike Blazers to fit a little bit narrower than the Nike Dunks through the forefoot area. Scroll down for photos.

Below is a photo of my men’s Nike Blazers compared to Nike Dunks (Dunks on the right). In my experience, the Nike Blazers and Nike Dunks have a very similar length. However, I do think the Nike Blazer has a narrower fit through the forefoot area:
In my experience, both of these shoes fit true to size regarding length. Just expect the Nike Blazer to have a slightly narrow fit compared to normal shoe sizing.

Below is a photo of a women’s Nike Blazer compared to Nike Dunk sizing (Dunks on the right). Just like the men’s above, expect the women’s Nike Dunk and Blazer to have a very similar length. The Blazer has the more narrow fit:

Sizing Advice for Nike Dunks and Blazers
In my experience, both Nike Dunks and Nike Blazers fit true to size regarding length. The Nike Dunks have a very regular width that is not too wide or too narrow.
The Nike Blazers run a bit narrow, especially through the forefoot area. If you have wide feet, it may be best to size up the Nike Blazer a half size.
