Lucchese Montana Boots Explained
The Lucchese Montana Boot is a popular discontinued full quill ostrich cowboy boot.
It is made with a full quill ostrich leather vamp with a bovine leather shaft. The Montana boot has unique shaft embroidery that makes it stand out. For example, below is my Lucchese Montana boot in colorway Black Cherry (Lucchese style M1609.R4):

The Lucchese Montana has a 13″ shaft height. These boots have a Lucchese R toe and 4 heel. Lucchese describes the R toe as “rounded and has a u-shape that is most like a normal shoe toe shape.” The 4 heel is their traditional cowboy heel.
Here is the Lucchese Montana boot in colorway black + cordovan (Lucchese Style M1608.R4):

The Montana has now been discontinued and is only available on re-sale marketplaces.
Here is the Lucchese Montana in colorway Tan (Lucchese style M1606.R4):

These boots have leather outsoles with rubber heel caps.
Overall, a nice full quill exotic boot with a pop of color in several versions.
