This is my Fruit of the Loom Stay Tucked T-Shirt review. These shirts have extra length to help them stay tucked in even as you are active and moving throughout the day. They are made with 100% cotton, so there is a little bit of shrinkage during wash, however, I ordered my normal sizing and it worked perfectly.

These are Fruit of the Loom’s most popular t-shirts:

Below you can watch my review video of me wearing these Fruit of the Loom Stay Tucked T-Shirts and explaining why I like them (they stay tucked?). I also show a washed shirt on top of an unwashed shirt so you can see how much they shrink.

Fit and Sizing

This is the Fruit of the Loom Men’s Eversoft Cotton Stay Tucked undershirt. I am 6 feet tall and 185 pounds, and I wear a size medium. I tried to give you an idea of the length and fit in my review video at the top of the page.

These are designed to stay tucked in even while you move around. Two things make this possible. First, these have extra length compared to certain other types of undershirts.

Second, these are made using a design that keeps them secure as you move. In my review video, I demonstrated how this shirt reacts as I move, and as you can see in the video, it does stay properly tucked in.

Do They Shrink?

One thing you will have to be mindful of is a bit of shrinking. In the review video, I showed a washed shirt sitting on top of an unwashed shirt so you can see there is a little bit of shrinkage with these.

The length has lost about a half inch, and so has the side of the shirt and the length of the sleeves. Overall, it doesn’t affect my sizing decisions, but if you are between sizes, it might be best to size up.

Midweight Fabric

The Fruit of the Loom shirts are considered midweight. They are heavier than lightweight undershirts, which are often thinner and more breathable, but not as heavy or thick as heavyweight t-shirts.

The balance in fabric weight makes these shirts versatile enough for layering under dress shirts or wearing on their own in casual settings.

Comfort Features

These undershirts are my favorite because they actually stay tucked. They also include several comfort features:

  • Soft covered seams on the neck and shoulders for a more comfortable fit.
  • A soft lay-flat collar that keeps the neckline in place.
  • The classic fit allows a full range of movement while staying tucked in.

The smooth seams and classic fit add to the overall comfort, making them a solid choice for anyone looking for dependable undershirts.

Durability and Care

These shirts are made of 100% cotton. Proper care is important to maintain the quality of these undershirts. The care instructions are:

  • Machine wash cold with like colors.
  • Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed.
  • Tumble dry low.
  • Do not iron.

Even with a bit of shrinking after washing, the overall durability and feel of these shirts hold up well over time, making them worth the investment.
