This is my Dr. Scholl’s Winder II review. These shoes are loafer work shoes that have a certified slip resistant outsole. Despite being work dress shoes, these shoes are still very flexible and easy to wear. I ordered my normal sizing and they fit true to size.

Dr. Scholl’s Winder 2 Loafer Work Shoes Review

Slip-Resistant Outsole

These are the Dr. Scholl’s Winder 2 Loafer Work Shoes. Yes, these shoes do have the slip-resistant outsoles that certain workplaces may require.

The oil-resistant, slip-resistant Lock Step Outsole™ meets SATRA TM63 and TM144 standards. It also passed additional surface testing for vinyl tile, eurotile, and steel plate. This makes the shoes a reliable choice for safety in professional environments.

Lightweight and Flexible Design

Despite being work dress shoes, don’t think of these as stiff and clumsy. They have a lightweight and flexible design.

In the review video at the top of the page I tried to show on the screen how flexible these are. Because they are so flexible, there is almost no break-in time—they feel ready to wear right out of the box.

Comfortable

The insoles in these shoes are very comfortable and are anti-microbial to reduce odor. Something else I like is these shoes have thick padding around the collar area. I can feel that padding against my ankle when I lace these shoes tight.

The insole features molded PU foam, anatomical cushioning, comfort, and arch support. These details make the shoes ideal for long workdays.

Leather Upper

The upper is made with majority leather, and although these are not waterproof shoes, if you watch my review video at the top of the page, I tried to show here that these shoes are still good at repelling liquids in case of a spill.

My Sizing Advice

Obviously, these are slip-ons, and they have the dual elastic paneling to make it easier to slip on and off. The midsole area is designed to absorb shock.

At the top of the page you can watch my review video to see how these shoes react on my foot. Again, a comfortable, easy-to-wear design. I ordered my normal sizing, and I don’t have any heel slippage, and my toes do not feel crowded, so normal sizing worked best for me.
